within the last 16 months or so my bottom gums are receeding really fast. Why would this happen all of a sudden?

Q. First and formost I have excellent teeth and gums. But within the last 16 months or so my bottom gums are receeding really fast. Why would this happen all of a sudden? I am going to be 49 this april. Thanks

It could be over brushing. Perhaps you should seek advice form your Hygienist
