Will I experience pain after the veneers have been placed?

Q. Hi Dr. Patel! I have decided to put veneers on some of my upper (healthy) teeth because they looked really bad, and have opted for emax. My dentist said he will not remove the nerves of the teeth, but I am affraid that I will be in pain even after the veneers will be placed since it so happened with other teeths that I have recently covered in emax. Is it correct not to remove the nerves before permanently fixing the veneers?,
A. Veneers are generally prepared less that crowns but it really depends on the position of your teeth. Make sure you are happy about doing this before you start.
