Why are upper braces teeth affecting lower teeth?
Q. I have recently just got braces but i have only got the top brace not the bottom. My othurdontist didn’t put the bottom brace on because he is worried that it may try to grow in front of my top jaw as it is not level. For the last 2 days, it feels like my bottom jaw is trying to grow in front of my top jaw and it is now causing me discomfort, is this normal?,
A. Not sure what is happening here but it might be just pressure on the lower teeth. Ask your orthodontist to take a look for you.
