Where can I go for neuromuscular dentistry?

Q. Hello can you give me any advice and where to go for neuromuscular dentistry i live in wiltshire, i have been suffering many years with migraines, back,neck and shoulder pain, tinnitus,etc , also mostly on my left side of the face have had tooth problems ie tooth extractions, and absus, please help, many thanks.,
A. A good place to start would be to look on the BACD website for a dentist near you who may be able to give you more information about dentist in your area who could help you with this problem
