Where can I find a good dentist in Reading?

Q. One of my bottom teeth is loose. I am 85 and live in Whitchurch on Thames near Pangbourne Reading. I am afraid to eat in case it disengages. I do not know where to look for help as my last dentist was some way away and I have no idea where to go from here. Can you help?,
