Q. Heyy, i have had tmj for about 2 years and a half and I am seeing a surgeon at the local general hospital and he said that I need a operation so I”m having that when I have finished growing at 18. But then he said I will need braces iether 18 months before or 18 months after the operation.Which is it more likely to be? Last time I went he took some moulds of my teeth bottom and lower and said to come back in January so we are going in this month on the 21st Januray 2010. Do you know what he will be doing this time I go with the mooulds? Please get back to me thanks alot.,
