What would be the cost of permanent braces?

Q. Hi I have just had the 6 month smile braces fitted. After treatment is finished I am interested in having permanent bonded braces on the back of both my upper and lower teeth. What would be the average cost for these? In addition to the £2k already incurred. Thanks,
A. Thanks for your question, sometimes the dentist will have incorporated the cost of a fixed retainer into your treatment plan. However, if not then you should expect to pay around £125. I hope this helps. Kindest Regards. Dr Kailesh Solanki
