What would be the best plan of action to sort out my teeth and get my confidence back?

Q. Hi, I suffered with Bulimia for over 10 years from a very early age. Im now 25, have children of my own and I’m currently planning my wedding but dont feel confident smiling in front of a camera, let alone talking to people face to face. All my teeth are visably thinning and discoloured. Ive always had a gap at the front of my teeth that Ive never been happy with but this has appeared to widen because the deterioration of the teeth from behind. I would also need the bottom four (in the centre at the very front of the bottom row) teeth removed as not only are they an eyesore as they are not in line at all with the rest of the teeth in my mouth and are in poor condition. I dont know what to do, I am constantly left with a reminder of the illness I have overcome and I would just like to get my confidence back again and completely leave this chapter behind me. What would be my best plan of action? Is there any UK clinic that specializes in helping those recovering or recovered from Eating disorders. I have not been to the Dentist for a very long time as I’m afraid of the news I will be told and the likelyhood I wont be able to afford to fix it. I look forward to your response, thanks for your time.,
A. You probably won’t need specialist treatment, but you need to see a dentist asap to arrange crowns or veneers to improve your smile.
