What treatment can you recommend that is effective in a short time period?

hello my upper jaw is extended, so that my teeth look like outside and their is a gap in front side, is this an overbite? please can tell me the treatment which i may require?…..i am 25 years old ,so please suggest me the treatment with a short time period and also what will be the cost of the treatment? ….and their is a twisted teeth on my right upper jaw,can it be possible to make straight now…..the upper front three teeth are having gap and my mouth looks very odd,so please give me proper suggestion ….now my age is 25,can it be possible to put clips to my teeth at this stage?if yes ,how much time it will take to get correct?

Thanks for your questions. My advice would be to have a consultation. This allows the dentist to examine your mouth accurately and therefore allows him/her to suggest treatment options. It is impossible without this.
