What treatment can we have for overcrowded teeth

Q. My 13 year old daughter had her front upper 2 surgically removed due to the almost complete erosion of the root from another tooth trying to migrate out. As she has overcrowding they are letting the others erupt but what treatment can she have to allow a natural smile?

A. Your daughter is in an unusual situation which should be dealt with by a coordinated multi disciplinary team of eg orthodontists, restorative, paediatric possibly a surgical input.your best route is find out who is the central coordinator and arrange a meeting
