What treatment can I have for protruding and crooked teeth?

Q. I have a protruding tooth and two front teeth that are crooked, can I have cosmetic work to correct or do i need braces? i am 50 yrs old and they seem to have got worse in the last few years,
A. it would be much better for you to have some sort of orthodontic treatment to align your teeth as this would preserve your natural teeth.  You could have traditional fixed braces or invisalign and then once they are staright you could decide whether you needed anymore cosmetic work.
