What procedure would you recommend would be suitable to form the perfect smile
Not a problem for the long email, the more detail the better!
Ok, you will need to decide what it is about your teeth that you are unhappy with. If it is the alignment, shape and colour then Veneers may be an option for you. If it is simply the alignment of them then I would recommend a brace. There are many options for braces these days including invisible appliances and appliances that are fixed to the back of your teeth.
It is not unusual that your teeth have moved back, I see this a lot. If you decided to go down the brace route again you will need to wear a retainer so unsure your teeth do not move again. There are two different kinds of retainers, one that is a thin wire fixed to the back of your teeth, and the other is a plastic removable appliance only worn at night time.
If you feel that Veneers are what you are looking for I would be happy to see you for a consultation. If you are leaning more towards orthodontic work, I would recommend my colleague Dr Darsh Patel very highly.
