What options are available for the replacement of a dead tooth?
Q. One of my incisors died a few years ago and the root canal was filled. It has always been a different colour to the rest of my teeth and I was wondering what options were available for replacement of the dead tooth. Many Thanks.,
A. It is quite normal for a tooth to become discoloured after the nerve as been removed. I would recomend a crown this wiil improve the appearance of the tooth and also give it some extra strength.
