What is the cheapest option to have front teeth pushed back?

Q. I have had a retainer for years to push my front teeth back at night. But now the retainer won’t stay in and doesn’t seem to work and I need a treatment to push my front teeth back but I’m worried about the cost – what’s the cheapest and hopefully permanent solution? Cheers!,
A. The bets way to keep your teteh in the right position is to wear a retainer!!!!! The reason it doesn’t fit is because the teeth have moved. If you find that your teeth are moving alot, then you may need to wear the retainer as much as you can- every night- and sometimes even through the day. You could also opt for a fixed retainer which is a thin metal wire bonded to the back of your teteh – so you wont see it, then this will stop the teeth from moving, so that you wont need to remember to put your retainer in at night tec. There are several forms of ortho at the moment on the market. Ask you orthodontist to discuss these options with you. Hope this has helped- and remember to wear your retainer!

Hi, i have had my braces for over 4 yrs and now I am wearing my retainers. I have the same case with this person. It seems that my upper front teeth is protruding, it is like sticking out. Will the retainers help them move backwards?

Hello, I am interested in finding out more about the Inman Aligner and whether it would be suitable for me. I am 23 years old and wore fixed metal braces when i was younger, unfortunately my front teeth have become crooked again and I am looking at getting these corrected. Could you please tell me the average price i should expect to pay and how long i should expect to wear the aligner for. Thanks

my dentist said my tooth which has started this year to slowly protrude outwards is due to gum disease, he has still to x-ray it but he says i will possibly need a plate – are there any other options?
