What is the best bridge cement?

Q.
I have an old bridge (ie false tooth with metal flaps).
First fitted 15 years came out recently and my new dentist has fitted it now 5 times using 1 cement mixture.
He says i need a new modern bridge but costs are expensive.
Is there a certain type of cement i can ask to be used in future.
A.
I think the type of bridge you are talking about is a maryland bridge. These can have issues and a new cement may not be the answer. However the cement that is generally considered the best for these bridges is panavia. It could well be that this is the cement your dentist is using
