What is ‘Hard’ bite?

Q. What does it mean by a “hard” bite?

A. The chewing pressure between upper and lower sets of teeth varies from person to person. If you have a hard bite it means that you use a lot of pressure when chewing & possibly also clench, keeping your teeth together for longer. My favourite description is an “abusive occlusion”.
