Q. Dear Dr Solanki Over the years, I have had two crowns on my upper left incisor. There isn’t very much of the original tooth left. The tooth is now weak the crown is loose. My dentist thinks the root may have softened over time. The post in the crown is not broken. My concern is about the whole thing coming apart before I can start my treatment in 1 to 2 weeks.
