What could be the cause of toothache that keeps me awake during the night?

my question is this i have a tooth ache that is driving me crazy it keeps me up at tnight i have brushed it used mouthwas what should i do

My best advice is to go and see a dentist and have an examination so any decay can or infections can be treated, once your mouth is healthy it will be easier to maintain.
