What could be causing me pain in my bottom left jaw?

The bottom left side of my jaw has been aching for about 2 weeks now it feels slightly swollen and it hurts when i put mt teeth together. i have already had 2 wisdom teeth takenn out from the top i am just wondering how many wisdom teeth are you meant to get and could this possibly be a wisdom tooth causing this problem for me. i would be grateful if you could answer my question for me asap

You have 1 wisdom tooth in each quadrant of your mouth so in total 4. With regards to the pain i would visit your dentist get him to take an x-ray you may have an infection one of your teeth in that area.
