Q. Hi Iv just had a lower molar tooth extracted but it cracked several times and there is still one root left inside. This was probably the most painfull dentist work i hav ever had(iv had loads!) I am due to see him again in 7 days time. If he cant take it out then i will have to take it out at the hospital. What complications are involved in this as i am not at all looking forward to this dreadfull procedure,
