What can I do to reduce the size of my central incisors?

Q. Hi, My central incisors are rather large compared to my other teeth, I saw on the internet that the average size of the crownisabout 6mm and mine are well over 10mm. When I was younger I had a brace to bring down my canine teeth, this brace re-aligned my teeth nicely, however my central teeth still look(ed) large in comparison to the others. I have always been really consious about my smile and would love to have a smile that I am comfortable with. So, I was wondering what action I could take to reduce the size of my central incisors and a rough estimate of how much this would cost. Thanks in advance.

A. The detail to answer this can only be gathered by a clinical assesment. However teeth can be reshaped by filing down, veneers or crowns the cost varies a lot between these soultions and also if adjacent teeth need to be treated to blend in the appearance.A free initial consultation is available At StJohns Dental Birmingham, Call 0121 643 0610 for detailsRob
