Q. hi. i have always had 2 big front top teeth, but since my wisdom teeth have started coming threw, my 2 front teeth are starting to come more noticeable, its really knocking my confidence and has done for years now, i’m willing to have surgery to get my smile back again, but havent a clue what kind of surgery i would need, a little guidance would be appreciated, thankyou.,
