my issue is that my top front tooth has moved forward and doesnt look good. i wear my retainer to stop this but it hasnt moved. so what do i have to do?

Dear Enquirer,
If you have had a course of orthodontic treatment and have missed wearing your retainer for a while, then your teeth may move out of line. At this point your retainer will not be able to move your teeth back into shape, you will need to have the braces fitted once more, I’m afraid.
