What can I do about my front tooth that has turned black?

One of my front tooth turned black from inside that is what it looks like. i have no pain but it is turning more black everyday. i dont want to smile anymore i dont knoww what to do????

It sounds like the nerve of your tooth has been irreversibly damaged and needs a root canal treatment to make sure you don’t develop an infection at the end of the root.
In order to mask the colour, you can benefit from either internal bleaching, a veneer or a crown, but that will need to be assessed by a dentist.
