What can be done to restore discoloured front tooth after root canal failed?
Q. i want to see if i can restore the discoloured front tooth, it’s ‘dead’ after a root canel treatment, i was told by my previous dentist that the blood supply stopped going to the tooth. Took the advice tried the filling but the coverage is only 50% and I don’t like the ‘bump’ as the filling is not in alignment with the rest of the teeth. Please advise,
A. Very difficult to give an accurate answer without examining the tooth. A high quality crown may be a possibility.
