What can be done for swollen and smelly gums?

Q. hi,im from the philippines 36yrs old a pregnant woman.i just wanna ask u about my gum problem its swollen so bad and smell bad.but im pregnant,pls tell me what can i do about it.sorry for my english,hope u understand.,
A. You should see your dentist and ask him to clean the teeth thoroughly.
