What can be done about parasthesia I am still suffering after extraction?

Q. Three years back I had my wisdom tooth withdrawn but still suffering parasthesia. That is, my chin and lips are not completely numb but I feel pins and needles type sensations.Is there any cure? Please advise Thanks,
A. Time is the only possible healer unfortunately
