Q. I have just had a maryland bridge fitted one week after extraction lower front tooth pincer, the tooth is much larger than before and very obvious, the tooth it is attached to has been built up the problem is the extended gum the dentist has put on is digging in and food is getting under, the dentist did not show me how to floss, I am in great discomfort with a tooth that was ok before now it is greyand bulky on the inside. Should I pay for a second opinion as my dentist is very abrupt and rude making it impossible for me to go back as I am very nervous of him anyway.,
