Two of my dental implants were removed, now my lip and chin are numb and itchy, what can I do about this?

Q. For five months I have hadnumbness and itching of the lip and chin due to lower molar dental implants which were removed within a week due to intense pain.Tried lyrica and tegretol for nerve damage. What do you recommend?,
A. This is very difficult to treat and often never resolves completely, there isn’t any medication that can really help
