Two front teeth are large and crooked will the Inman Aligner work

Q. I am a fourty year old woman who has always been self conscious of my teeth. My two front teeth are large and crooked in the inwards direction. My other teeth are far from perfect but these are the worst of them. My teeth have always had a yellow tinge to them and now are even darker. I am thinking of porcelain veneers but do not like the sound of trimming the surface of the teeth so wondered if I would be better having an Inman Aligner fitted in London and then having the teeth whitened. What is your opinion please?

A. It sounds like you need to seek the opinion of an orthodontist. There are many different types of braces available and I think you explore all options before settle on something that is very new and hasn’t really been tested. If you are going to have apperance of teeth improved then obviously the aim is only to have it done once and by someone that knows what they are doing and the implications involved with your bite when teeth are moved. An orthodontist will be able to give you the best options for staightening out your teeth.
Whitening your teeth will help improve the colour and with along with the braces it would definately improve your smile
I hope this helps
Kind Regards
