Treat patient with no enamel

Q. I would like to know how do you treat a patient who has got absent of enamel on all her teeth. They are very sensitive when the weather is cold. They have got stains and look very tiny look.,
A. hi this may require some restorations to replace the lost enamel  but this depends on the severity as anti sensitivity agents may help to cur ethe problem on their own before bonding is considered

It might be the best thing to do as the decalcification might get significantly worse as cleaning would be more difficult
