The internal bleaching on my teeth failed 3 times, what options are available to me now?

Q. since having root treatment on my front teeth around 5 years ago my teeth have gradually lost colour. my dentist has tried internal bleaching on three occasions but i dont feel as if there has been any improvement. what are my other options?,
A. Veneers might work best if the bleaching hasn’t helped
