can i get dental insurance to restore my teeth

Im just enquiring if i can get any help to restore my teeth , im scared of dentists as ive had bad experiences with few , a friend has told me to take out insurance out 6 a mth and il be able to restore all my teeth without paying only mthly dd is this true

I look toothless when I smile

Bit of a strange question-When i smile you can only see the very tips of my teeth and it sometimes looks like i\’m toothless, i am wondering if tooth bonding to lengthen my teeth slightly, because some of my teeth are slightly position higher than others would work or could you please suggest a device that could make my teeth more visable, please could you help i am tired of just living with it, thankyou so much i would be so grateful if you replied.
