Hi Mate, Im currently with free NHS dentists. i am currently at the age of 17. My bottom teeth are stragih howevery they are slightly yellow. How ever my major concern is the top teeth. everything is sort of straight how ever my canines (3rd from each side -middle) are big to fit in their gap and are overlapping the other teeth on each side of them. . I wish to have my teeth straight as normal. However my rubbish NHS dentists say i will have to remove 2 on my teeth and that is what i wish not to do. Please can you provide me with more information and the prices for the type of treatment i may need. Cheers

Hello doctor, My problem is the protrusion of front incisors of my upper jaw. Xray of my upper jaw shows compactness of molar teeth behind. i want a non extraction treatment done. the protrusion makes my fascial profile and smile get affected badly, making me under confident. Hi I have unstraight teeth and an overbite of 1cm I have consulted an orthodontist and been advised that I would have to have 4 molar teeth removed and fixed braces, a lot of repositioning needs to occur. My question is I am 36 years old, my bones have hardened, what are the chances of repositioning teeth at this age? and having a good result? as I feel my teeth have less mobility than even a year ago.
