Hello. I have broken 50-60% of my two front teeth. I had a root canal treatment immediately and now after 7months I am looking for an excellent dentist to fix my teeth in London. Do you have any suggestions make? Also, I would like to ask you which would be better to put as a crown, a porcelain or a zirconium? I want a natural result but at the same time to be strong and long lasting. Thank you in advance for your help.,

I had two veneers on my upper front teeth. I’ve had problems with them coming off. One has come off and I’m now going to get crowns. I really want something hardwearing but which also looks good. Can you advise whether metal bonded ones or pure porcelain ones are the toughest?.,

Hi, I have been for a consultation about my teeth and was told that i would need eleven full porcelain crowns on my top jaw and eleven on my bottom jaw plus an implant, the total cost come to twelve thousand pounds! which is abit rich for me, I have been online and been in touch with the bankok smile centre in thailand, and they would charge me four thousand pounds for the same treatment using full porcelain crowns and not the fused metal ones, do you have any knowledge of this practice? or could i find out about it from any were? I know this is not really what this website is about but I would be most grateful if you could reply, many thanks,

Hi, I have been to see 2 seperate dentists about getting veneers fitted. They have both said it is not possible as I have a lot of enamel loss and in taking away a layer of the tooth it may hit a nerve. hi there im currently undergoing treatment of 3 crowns and a bridge all upper front teeth, my nhs dentist was going to fit porcelain fused with metal crowns at a cost of 1200 but after a bit of research i discovered the all porcelain crowns, now i have a choice the metal crowns at 1200 or the all porcalain at 2800, is there gonna be a big difference in appearance ? will the metal crowns end up discolouring? if so how long? thanks,
