I have severely ground down my teeth, what do you suggest?

Hello Dr.  All of my teeth are very badly ground down due to excess grinding of calcium substitues. I very much would like to ave a beautiful smile. I am embarassed by my teeth. Some of them are also chipped. They are discoloured, just awful.

I know you have a brilliant reputation for putting patients at ease, as this is also a problem for me, dentist phobia.

Anyway, Dr. , if you were able to help me, I can’t express how I grateful and happy I would be. I realise that you are a specialist, but my teeth are so bad that I doubt even you can do anything with them.

I feel depressed and down, just because of my teeth and not being able to smile whenever there is something to smile about.

Teeth grinding has worn down my teeth to gum level. Can implants be used to replace them?

Hello doctor, 

over the years, grinding my teeth during the night has worn down all my upper teeth to gum level. Can implants be used to replace them, and if not, what alternatives do I have?The thought of false teeth doesnt appeal so would prefer something permenant.I am late fifties and in good health generally. So can you pelase advise me of what courses of treatment are available to myself ! This seems to cover what I wish to ask and I hope you have the time to answer my question. Is it possible to re-build teeth?

I have a history of grinding my teeth in my sleep and now find that my teeth are uneven and small. I wear a gum shield at night but the damageis already done – is it possible to rebuild my teeth – I am 49yrs old.

My tooth is really small because it has been grinded down over the years, what can I do to fix this?

When i was eleven old i got my lateral incisor fitted with a crown because i found that they were pointy and small. I did the crowns over 11 years after and the dentist did a terrible job. Now the tooth has been grinded down so much that they are really small. I need to do over the crowns now 4 years after. Would veneers or lumineers be a better option for me so that they would not have to be grinded down any further? Please let me know asap. thanks.,
