Q.
Hi. A few weeks ago i was told by my dentist that all my teeth had to be removed. I have already had top and bottom teeth out on my right side and am due to have the rest taken out. I have read on different websites about immediate dentures that people have after having all teeth removed. My dentist have not mentioned anything about these and i was wondering if they were only available with private patients. I am on benefits so am nhs. Is it possible to recieve these on the nhs or do i have to go without teeth until my mouth have healed enough for dentures? (not something i am looking forward too as i’m only 36) If they are available to nhs patients is it something that is offered or do i have to ask? Thanks very much.
