i hate my smile

Hi Mr. Caplan, I’m 19/20. I absolutely HATE my smile, I have crowded crooked teeth and NEED to get them fixed. I’m terrified of braces and honestly don’t know if I would have the patience to stick with them for 2/3 years! I visited a cosmetic dentist before and he said that I would need 6 veneers on top and 5 on the bottom. However, only 6 of the teeth in my whole mouth are misaligned. I am fine with the colour of my teeth (although they could be a bit whiter!) and the size of them but I can’t live with the crookedness of them anymore!!! Obviously with my age the main issue of dentistry is the money, are there any payment plans that you are aware of? does your surgery support this method of payment? do you have any suggestions or recomendations for me? Thanks so so much

Is it ok to contact different dentists for a quote

Is it ok to contact different dentists for a quote? I have been to a one this morning as I have loose teeth at the front, he informed me the 4 teethe top front need extracting and the price for a bridge is £1100. Does that sound ok. I am very worried about spiriling dental costs. thank you

I have recently been quoted for bridge work… I require 4 upper teeth at the front & 1 at the side. & two separate teeth at the bottom. I think I require 5 crowns. This work will be done over a few appointments & two full Saturdays. The dentist will take me 200 miles to meet with the lab so they see what I look like, hair, face etc. Do you think 8k seems a fair price? His work is highly recommended.

Dear Dentist, Im fed up of having bad looking teeth, that are chipped and virtually dead, but i’m not sure i can afford the dental treatment asking price in 1 sum of money. i am on job seekers allowance, so i only get £90 a fortnight which half has to go towards board money, but i’d like a total renew of every tooth in my mouth (i know that will cost thousands) i was wondering is there a 10 year paying plan i could do? since my teeth ache all day long, and its really disturbing when i try and smile, i dont see a smile, i see a wreck. please reply with a reasonable answer that answers my question, thanks.

I tried to fix my dental bridge in Bulgaria

I have had a dental bridge for about 10 years on the mid bottom consisting of 2 teeth plus 2 caps =4 teeth, I am on holiday in bulgaria they have broken off I,ve been to a local dentist to see if they can be repaired,they said they cannot, they said I will need the 2 teeth filing each side and a new bridge consisting of 6 teeth in all,could you tell me the approx cost when I come home.
