Would it be possible to remove my healthy remaining front tooth and get a bridge?

Q.
Hello, I have already had cosmetic surgery to help straighten my teeth, one front tooth was knocked out and then I had the three remaining front teeth shaped down for a crown, however I still am very unhappy with the way I look (I have an 8-10mm overbite, partly due to the fact my lower jaw needs to be brought forward) what I would like to know is, even though I know dentists don’t like doing it, if it would be possible to remove the remaining front tooth (as it’s the front tooth that’s causing the problem) & then replace this with a straighter bridge?,

Will the dentist fix any other dental problems before the cosmetic surgery is carried out?

Will a cosmetic dentist do any work needed on the patient before any cosmetic surgery is carried out. ? I havn’t seen a dentist for approx 4 years..and i know there is some work to be done before i have implants.. I have a certain fear of dentists, but i need to boost my confidence, and i always promised myself that if i ever came into some money, then i would pay and have implants. Thankyou.,
