Some of my front teeth have rotted and broken off, I don’t know what to do, please help!

Hi there Dr Moore, unfortunately I haven’t looked after my teeth and all my top teeth have rotted very badly ,broken off .
Especially the front row .
This has left me so depressed and has affected my social and working life badly .
I am ashamed to open my mouth,and too embarrassed to see a dentist .The longer i am leaving this the worse it is getting .
I guess I need them all to be extracted and to get a denture, this is how bad they are! What sort of costs would I be looking at ,and do any dentists specialise in working with people with my problem? I am very dental phobic and need a gentle dentist who can be patient with me. Thank you in advance.

My partner would like dental implants but he sufferes from health issues, what can he do?

My partner damaged his jaw and teeth when he got hurt in an accident as a child. He is embarrassed about his teeth and would love to have them all removed and replaced with dentures or implants. We imagine that the cost would be enormous. He has a lot of health issues also with his teeth and has had a few of them removed in the last few years…. what would you advise as to being able to help him?,

Can you please advise me on my complex implant case?

I have recently had a severe infection on a front tooth which is crowned and root filled. My dentist has advised me to have an apisectomy but I have also been advised by two reputable dentist friends to skip this procedure and to go straight for an implant. Their reasons being that they think the cyst at the end of the canal is quite large and that I will eventually end up having an implant anyway and that the apisectomy may well not work. I fell and damaged this tooth and my two front teeth next to it 20 years ago. The three are root filled and the front two have veneers on and the one next to is crowned. Please could you advise me as to what you think and also who you would recommend in the Manchester area. Thank you,
