I am a professional trumpet player and have been advised to have implants, will they withstand the force of the trumpet?

Tuesday, July 20th, 2010
Q.
I am a 35 year old professional trumpet player. I have been advised to have implants to replace my 2 front lower teeth which have never been right since I was 9 (cricket ball, root canalled twice, abcess..). I am concerned about the period of time of the osseointergration of the implants. Will the temporary teeth withstand the force of a trumpet and will i hinder the healing process by continuing to play……? Thanks.

Thursday, June 24th, 2010
Q.
As a child my teeth were neglected and it took me until I was around 16 to realise how bad it got and to sort them out. Now at 22 my dentist has told me my bottom teeth are all likey to fall out soon as there is no bone connected. Would your inplant procedure be suitable for me, even tho I still have all my teeth and if so how much would it cost? Thank you for your time.,
