Surgery is the last option for me, how can I fix my front tooth?

Q. I have a pretty complicated issue with one of my front tooths (I believe 11) which has gone through root cancal a long time ago. It started hurting 5 months ago and when I went to the dentist to have it checked, I was told that I have to do an apicoectomy since he and another dentist could not find the canal. The entire canal has been sealed with a composite / filling exactly the same color as my tooth. He tried to drill half way but I started feeling some pain. He said he doesn’t want to take the risk since he might puncture the canal wall. Any suggestions as to what would be my best recourse? I was hoping surgery to be the last option. Thank u.,
A. You could get advise from an Endodontist, he specialises in root canal treatments and apicectomys. He works with a microscope so would have a better chance of finding the canal. Please feel free to contact the clinic to arrange a consultation with our specialist endodontist.
