Since i had my mould prep i have got a severe aching from the tooth it is so sensitive is it normal
Q. I am having a 2 unit bridge fitted in 12 days time i had my first visit for the tooth prep and mould but since i have had severe aching from the tooth it is so sensitive to hot/cold i cant bear it i am using clove oil every hour to help relieve the pain i dont want to be a nuisance to go back to the dentist until my appointment … please help is this normal to have this constant pain ???
A. You need to go back to your dentist as soon as possible. It may be that some dentine is exposed and you are getting strong sensivity to cold air etc. If you are suffering sensitivity to hot- it may need further treatment. Just to be on the safe side, I would advise that you return and investigate. Good luck.
