Q. Please help i have 9 rotten teeth some completely eroded down to nothing but i fear embarassment going to a dentist i am disgusted with myself as it has been about 20 years since i had a painful visit to a dentist

Unfortunately it is likely that you need your remaiing teeth removed followed by either dentures, implants or a combination of both. Dentistry today is far different than 20 years ago so please hav the courage to visit a dentist soon to at least get an idea of what treatment would be appropriate for you,
