Q. Dear Dr Solanki, I visited my local dental practice today to get my teeth cleaned by a hygienist. She mentioned I had gum recession at the bottom of my front teeth. In previous conversations I have mentioned this to my dentist he has stated it will get better. I feel really paranoid as you can see the bone of my teeth and my big worry is that I dont wanna loose my tooth. I have done some research I have found out about peridontal surgery which is an interest to me because I would rather have surgery to cover up my missing gum tissue. I dont mind paying the cost of the surgery. I just need some advice of what I can do. I dont know places in Rochdale or Manchester where these treatments are provided. Please can you help me. Thanks
