My wisdom teeth have caused my teeth to crowd, what advice can you give to change this?

Q.
Hi I was just wondering when I was younger my dentist analyzed my mouth and said I need teeth taken out for my wisdom’s to grow but I did not take it I want perfect teeth but I don’t know how advanced the technologies are these days I have crooked teeth where all my wisdom’s have grow through but as I have no space in my mouth its pushed all my teeth together and I also have it where my tooth enamel is thin is there anything I can do?

Hi – it really depends on how crowded the teeth in your mouth are and how much space is required. Occasionally we may need to take teeth out, other options include to widen your arch (to fit all the teeth in, but not necessarily changing your profile) or some minor tooth adjustments between the teeth (interproximal reduction) so everything fits. I recommend a consultation to discuss these are treatments available (such as Invisalign, Incognito and other advanced orthodontics)

I had a lower wisdom tooth extracted 5 days ago. I have dissoving stiches and it looks like I have one in my cheek. Is there a reason it should be there?
