Q. I had 4 porcelain crowns fitted that were too long. My dentist filed them down and they are now the correct size, but they feel really rough. Will this rougness go away in time or is there anything else that the dentist can do to correct this problem. I had all this treatment done privately and as you can imagine am disappointed as I paid £900 per crown.,
