My tooth feels a bit loose. Is it caused by build-up on my teeth?

Q. 1 year ago I had some build up on my central incisors. Sometimes I feel like they are a bit loose(very little).Is that possible that build-up(mesial sides)could cause that?,
A. I advise you to see your nearest Dentist. If your tooth feel a bit loose, than it’s more likely you have gum disease.
