Q. Hello, my teeth next to my front teeth are sticking out and I was wondering is vaneer would work for me, and what would the cost be approx for vaneers? And is there a chance it may mess things up even more? I can afford braces too but if vaneer works then that would be great, it also look someone like my front teeth are back a little and could be causing the ones next to it to look someone like they are coming out too far. I was just wondering if they would fix my problem?
A. It sounds like braces would be a better option. If your teeth stick out I would be worried about the amount of tooth that needs to be removed to provide a veneer. I would advise braces first to align your teeth and if you are happy with their look have your teeth whitened. You can always have veneers later and your teeth would need much less preparation.
