My teeth are too long and stick out. What can I do about them?

i have badly shaped teeth.my front upper teeth are too long and almost stick out of my mouth when its closed.my canines(both upper and lower) are also too long and stand out.what can i do about them as i really would like to get on with it soonest!

i have an extra tooth which has come through over my top of centre tooth which make my lip stick out can it be removed.
The teeth at the back of my mouth stick out and cut my cheek if i got braces would it help and would i have to pay alot for them
Braces could help align those teeth.
